TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TC Energy or the Company) announced that its Board of Directors (Board) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.85 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, on the Company’s outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on April 30, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025.
